MIDDLE SIZE AND LARGE SERIES
We use the CNC die cutting technique, resulting in the fastest and cheapest cut.
The numerical control and the nesting programs allow the best cut positioning, obtaining the highest productivity and saving material.
SPECIFIC FINISHING
We have eccentric press machines and other manufacturing procedures, as well as additional finishing for the cutting systems.
Special services such as adding stickers, silicone cords, Teflon, and different levels of hardness, among others.

RECONSTRUCTIONS
SPECIAL GASKETS FOR MAINTENANCE
A lot of times, repair and/or maintenance require special gaskets (originally custom-made), or ones that cannot be found as spare parts through the engine or equipment manufacturer. In these cases, when the customer cannot draw a blueprint, we are willing to receive the worn-out gaskets, or the metal pieces or lids where they are placed, and carry out a reconstruction of the new ones, made to fit every need.
